Relationship Problems
Relationship problems can affect emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, and overall mental health, often leading to anxiety, stress, sadness, anger, or feelings of disconnection. Individuals may experience recurring conflict, communication difficulties, trust issues, emotional distance, dependency patterns, or fear of abandonment in romantic, family, or interpersonal relationships.
Relationship difficulties can also be linked to attachment patterns, past trauma, or unmet emotional needs from earlier life experiences.
Through relationship counselling and psychodynamic psychotherapy, individuals can explore underlying emotional patterns, improve communication, understand recurring relationship dynamics, and develop healthier, more secure ways of relating to others.
