Seashore Psychotherapy
Anxiety
Anxiety can take many forms and affect people in different ways. Some individuals experience persistent worry and overthinking related to generalized anxiety, while others struggle with panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, performance anxiety, or anxiety connected to relationships and attachment patterns. Anxiety may also appear through physical symptoms such as chest tightness, racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, irritability, or feeling constantly “on edge.”
Psychodynamic psychotherapy can help explore the underlying emotional conflicts, past experiences, and relational patterns that contribute to anxiety, supporting deeper and longer-lasting change rather than only symptom management.
