Grief
Grief and loss can deeply affect emotional wellbeing, relationships, daily functioning, and mental health. Individuals experiencing grief may struggle with sadness, anxiety, emotional numbness, anger, loneliness, difficulty concentrating, or feeling unable to move forward after a loss.
Grief can arise following the death of a loved one, divorce or relationship loss, illness, infertility, traumatic experiences, or major life transitions.
Through grief counselling and psychotherapy for grief and loss, individuals can process painful emotions, better understand their emotional responses, and develop healthier ways of coping with change and loss. Psychodynamic psychotherapy can also help explore the deeper emotional impact of grief and support long-term healing and emotional resilience.
